This is a women's regular fit tank dress with inset pockets on side seam with 5" vents at the sides of the bottom hem. This is a super soft and drapey material. I have small, medium, large and xlarge and can do one of these for you in lots of different colors. This is 100% cotton jersey and great for summer. The belt is not included with this listing.
